It’s not long now. I came up with the idea of a Walk and Talk around Alderney when I first visited the island with my husband a couple of years ago. As we strolled about I naturally fell into talking about the significance of places and sites, telling snippets of my story ‘Riduna’ along the way. It wasn’t published by that time and so this was a while before he read the novel, but thinking about it more recently, I realised that it would be a relaxing and pleasant way to talk to people. If you are on Alderney on 5th June, or of course are an islander, it would be lovely to see you there! (Or justy pop in for a cuppa at 4pm if you don’t fancy a walk!
