Exciting Changes to this Site are Imminent!

I will not be posting for a couple of weeks because this site will be undergoing a transformation.

The changes may be gradual, or dramatic at times.

Please bear with me when there are unavoidable errors in formatting and layout, due to updating the theme. The current theme is now obsolete and unsupported.

I originally set it up 16 years ago, and though it is now familiar to me, like an old friend, I am excited to have a new look.

I’ll let you know when it is up and running again properly.

    Oh boy, Diana. I know what you must be going through. Similar with having a familiar friend of your old site. Haven’t taken the plunge yet, but definitely see it’s needed for me too. Excited to see the new changes and happy for you. Looking forward to seeing how it all goes. All the best.

      I didn’t realise the site was obsolete Pat, having set it up 16 years ago!!

        Your site was obsolete. How did you realize that? Mine started in 2007 then moved over to WordPress 2012 — It looks probably in the same boat. But looking into other prospects We’ll see. Traffic on my site has been picking up.

        Hi Pat, when we went into ‘themes’ it said ‘not supported’ beside the theme I had chosen back in 2009. I needed a complete refresh anyway and was fortunate to have someone enthusiastic to make professional job of it.

        Sounds like perfect timing, Diana. I’m happy for you and that you’re getting it the way you want it and current.

        I’ll get there too. May take me in a whole new direction. I don’t know. Mostly wanting something documented for my children and future generations in the stories and reflections . . . and maybe, along the way, give others out there a warm hug.
